Mission Statement

MISSION STATEMENT Vawtermark Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit religious organization which promotes Christian teaching, prayer and evangelism efforts. It is our firm belief that the Gospel of Jesus Christ, prayer, teaching, encouragement and practical aid are the keys to the ills of the world. We believe that an active concern for the felt needs of others and an explanation of all or part of the Gospel message will help and improve society. We believe that prayer is fundamental to all Christian endeavors. As a result, we are committed to equipping the Body of Christ to pray, and pray effectively, in both individual and corporate settings. The activities include city, state, national and international teaching, preaching, prayer assignments, and prayer journeys, as well as activities in support of various other ministries, churches and individuals for the proclamation and dissemination of the Christian faith and practice. We are also involved with the writing, publishing and distribution of Christian literature, reports and correspondence. The ministry includes travel to places where hopelessness, suffering, lawlessness and social failure exist and where spiritual and/or physical aid is needed and wanted. Vawtermark Ministries, Inc. desires to be involved in the ministries of local churches and to minister to widows, orphans, the poor and those in need. We are interdenominational and nondenominational by design. VISION To encourage personal relationship with Jesus Christ through preaching, teaching, prayer and practical helping works. PURPOSE To receive and maintain funds to use and apply toward charitable, religious, scientific, literary and educational purposes that promote the Vision. OBJECTIVES Objectives are loosely defined as whatever we are able to do under the guidance of the Lord, that will promote the Vision.
